Founded Fth in 1994 to function as the regional corporate finance arm of Andersen. FTH has operated as an independent corporate finance advisory firm since 2002 (After 10 years of audit, tax experience In the same firm), and offers a wide range of corporate finance advisory services to a diversified client base in the Middle East.

  • Led the firm to advise on more than 100 transactions with a total value of more than $5 billion USD, Including the $1.9 billion USD acquisition of a commercial bank, a $220 million USD M&A, and numerous private placements ranging up to $85 million USD.

  • Built start-up into a thriving independent business by focusing on strong relationships, in-depth understanding of client businesses, maximizing core competence, and offering customized solutions.

  • Developed and currently oversee a comprehensive advisory offering that includes all aspects of transactions from initial advisory business valuation to negotiation, legal support, and closing.

  • Directed development of relationships and management of high-profile transactions and corporate finance in the real estate, media and entertainment, financial services, petrochemicals, and general industrials sectors.

  • Worked with client organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and middle east region.

  • Developed strong business relationships with major global companies by using the firm’s focus on the local business context to help clients address the challenges of a competitive global business environment.

  • Cultivated and oversee an extensive network of local and regional contacts including high net-worth individuals, financial institutions, and governments.

Rejoined Andersen to manage the global corporate finance practice in the Middle East.
