Financial Transactions House receives License 28 June 2005 According to the Subject (6/A-18) of the Capital Market Authority issued by Royal Decree number (M/30) dated (2/6/1424H) and subject (7) of the Capital Market Authority by decision number 1-38-2005 dated 21-5-1426H, 28/6/2005, the Capital Market Authority has approved applications of Financial Transaction House and granted it the license to operate as a transaction manager and offer advisory services for Capital Market engagements.

Financial Transaction House (FTH) is the 3rd licensed firm by the Capital Market Authority (CMA)

The license permits FTH to undertake arranging various securities business, that includes and is not limited to the following main activities:

Rights Issues – Assisting publicly traded companies to increase capital
Securities Business – Advising clients (individuals and institutional) on the securities dealings and trading
Initial Public Offerings – Advising companies on the regulatory compliance, preparation, marketing and execution of public offerings (capital increases and initial public offerings)
Private Placements – Advising and structuring private placements of debt and equity and assisting management in obtaining capital from a wide range of investors
Mergers & Acquisitions – Assisting with all phases of M&A transactions, including structuring and raising capital and negotiating and closing transactions. In sales & divestiture deals, conducting extensive investor searches
Advisory Business and Brand valuations – Preparation of valuation for businesses and brands
Capital and Financial Restructuring – Assisting companies in restructuring balance sheets in order to meet financing requirements.
